At EVRYJEWELS, we want you to love your new accessories; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are unworn and in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely place your jewelry in its original pouch or box and attach the return shipping label to the outside of the package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is processed.
